Diff to previous 1.2

     Changed all the files so that the past inconsistancies of variable and classes names
 are consistant. I.E. MainLayout import MainLayout.
     In MainLayout, separate functions are made for each panel.

weren't using package name, foo in many cases

	MainLayout.py
	   added changes to sizers for a few labels. When font is change there will be no overlapping
	main.py
	   added selectFont
	FontManager.py
	   will eventually have a list of labels, trees, grids labels that will be updated

	current problem:
	    catalog_tree has a strange refresh problem
