Added the Warn method that creates an RSS2 sumnmary of a trace event. This method is automatically called by Confess, which means most crashes will generate an RSS entry.

Added the new TICK method that can be used in place of the back-tick operator to insure environment-independent functioning.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
